After a traumatic nesting season for the Norfolk Botanical Garden’s resident bald eagles—that included the death of the “mother” eagle—things are looking up again: A pair has been spotted performing some of the bald eagles’ traditional “pre-nesting” rituals. At the Norfolk Botanical Garden: Eagle Cam 2011

Our colleagues at the Norfolk Botanical Garden have their eyes on something fluffy and non-botanical: a Bald Eagle nest. And now it has a new resident; a tiny, fluffy eaglet!
