In case there’s a chance you haven’t heard of him yet, on Earth Day I implore you to follow Col. Chris Hadfield. Col. Hadfield is the Canadian commander of the International Space Station and, aside from the Mars Curiosity Rover, the only being that I know of Tweeting, Tumbling, and Facebooking from space. But why follow him? Because he posts the most amazing photographs of our home planet on a daily basis. Each photograph exposes the fragility and beauty of our home planet, and many teach fascinating lessons in geology, geography, and geopolitics. And sometimes, they’re downright surprising. So celebrate Mother Earth by following a guy who is truly out of this world! ~AR
