nyankaty: Nasturtium salad! My nasturtium is growing fantastically; no blossoms or buds yet but the leaves have exploded into new growth and they’re already threatening to take over their planter. Seeing as we just did a little piece on the untold deliciousness of edible flowers (who knew?), I felt this reblog was appropriate. Let us know how your bouquets/appetizers turn out this spring. —MN
